These entrepreneurs have a fire inside to do something, and the guts to follow through and try to make a success of it. I am naturally drawn to these kind of people. This is precisely why I have created a law practice to serve them.

- Lease review; and many other things ALL with the goal of helping people succeed in franchising!
SMALL BUSINESS (under 50 employees)
- Outside general counsel for marketing, advertising, promotions, and media companies;
- Help business owners create legacy-style businesses; and
- Serve as a trusted advisor to help business owners succeed!
I limit my practice to these two areas because I believe, rather I know, that trying to be all things to all people is a losing strategy. The law is complex. You deserve the best representation for all of your legal needs. Should these needs be franchise or small business related, I can likely help. But if I can't, I will tell you and do my best to find you somebody who can.
